Strengths & Weaknesses

Strengths:

  • Identifies usability bottlenecks early.
  • Improves overall user satisfaction and engagement.

Weaknesses:

  • Testing requires significant time and resources.
  • Over-reliance on user feedback can lead to feature creep.

Available Technologies & Comparison

  • Hotjar (Chosen for heatmaps and user behavior analytics) vs. Google Analytics (More focused on page traffic).
  • UsabilityHub (Chosen for rapid user testing) vs. InVision (Better for high-fidelity prototyping).

Chosen Approach

  • Hotjar for behavior tracking and insights.
  • UsabilityHub for A/B testing and preference validation.
